2. DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSE
In compliance with the GDPR, we collect:
Account data: Email and name to manage your subscription and provide access.
Usage data: Technical logs and interaction data to improve the app's performance and security.
Legal basis: Processing is based on the performance of a contract (providing the service) and our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.
3. MARKETING, AUTOMATION, AND NEWSLETTER
In addition to managing your App account, we process your data for the following additional purposes based on your express consent:
Waitlist and Newsletter: To manage your subscription to our waitlist and send you electronic communications (emails) regarding the launch, updates, and educational content related to Play with Piano.
Segmentation: To analyze your profile (e.g., instrument type: soprano, pianist) in order to send you only content that is relevant to your musical practice.
Service Providers (Data Processors): To carry out these actions, we share strictly necessary data with the following providers, who comply with GDPR security regulations:
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue): Platform used for sending emails and managing the marketing database.
ManyChat: Chat automation tool used to manage inquiries and subscriptions through social media.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: We use custom audience tools to show you relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
4. PAYMENTS AND THIRD PARTY PROCESSORS
LEOM MUSIC LAB, S.L. does not store or process credit/debit card or banking information. All payments are handled exclusively by Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you review.
5. DATA RETENTION
Personal data will be kept only for as long as you maintain an active account or as required by Spanish tax and legal obligations (typically up to six years for accounting records).
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
To provide the service through global platforms (Apple/Google), your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as the United States. We ensure these transfers comply with legal requirements by using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. YOUR RIGHTS

8. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
In compliance with Apple and Google policies, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly through the app settings or by emailing us at: contact@playwithpiano.com
Once requested, your data will be permanently deleted unless legal retention is required.
9. SECURITY MEASURES
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, protecting your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
